Twitter launched Vine app to videos only but over the weekend Twitter engineer Esten Hurtle has developed a Mac app (VineGifR) to convert Vine video to an animated GIF.VineGifR is a free Mac app, which can be downloaded by clicking here. Once you convert Vine video to GIF, it can be shared anywhere on the internet.
This app is very easy to use, you just need to open it up, copy the Vine URl and paste it in to the URL field and then click on GIF’it. Now it will ask you where you want to save your GIF and name for the output file. Within few minutes you will see an animated GIF of Vine video.

Below is the output of processed Vine video wih VineGifr.

It is noticed that the its size of the GIF which is a problem, currently it is approximately 2MB per file.
